Matcha - chia pudding with puffed quinoa and fruit

Servings: 2 glasses
- 20 gr puffed quinoa
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbl spoon chia seeds
- 2 tbl spoon honey
- 2 tspoon matcha powder (cooking use)
- 4 strawberries
- 1 handful blue berries
- mint leaves to decorate
Mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk, honey and Matcha. If desired, you can heat this up a bit. Mix well so that the matcha and honey are well distributed.
Cut half of the fruit into pieces and heat it in a pan for 3-5 minutes. This is optional, I like lukewarm fruit myself.
Take two glasses and divide the chia pudding. Spoon the puffed quinoa over it. Divide the warm fruit and finish with the other half of the fresh fruit and the mint.
