½cantaloupe melon
½honeydew melon
8gr mintfreshly chopped
2tbl spoonhoney
125grmozzarella mini
120grsmoked salmon

Instructions
Using the scoop spoon, remove scoops from the 3 melons. (You can use the rest for a smoothie or fruit salad)Drain the mozzarella balls
Make the dressing:Mix the honey with the fresh mint, olive oil and chilli flakes. Stir well.
Mix together the melon and mozzarella balls and divide among 6 glasses. Drizzle them with the dressing.Divide the salmon into 6 parts and place on top of the melon. Top with fresh dill.
