Melon salad with smoked salmon

Equipment
- bulb spoon
Ingredients
- ½ watermelon
- ½ cantaloupe melon
- ½ honeydew melon
- 8 gr mint freshly chopped
- 2 tbl spoon honey
- 125 gr mozzarella mini
- 120 gr smoked salmon
- 1 tea spoon dill freshly chopped
- ¼ tea spoon chili flakes
- 1 tbl spoon olive oil
Instructions
- Using the scoop spoon, remove scoops from the 3 melons. (You can use the rest for a smoothie or fruit salad)Drain the mozzarella balls
- Make the dressing:Mix the honey with the fresh mint, olive oil and chilli flakes. Stir well.
- Mix together the melon and mozzarella balls and divide among 6 glasses. Drizzle them with the dressing.Divide the salmon into 6 parts and place on top of the melon. Top with fresh dill.
