Publishing in “Insight” magazine

Since 2018 I monthly publish in a local English magazine, Insight. (Axarquia region) This magazine targets foreign tourists and residents. In terms of content, it addresses different themes such as local events, companies, real estate, restaurants, … I create one page that, depending on the publication, presents my own recipes with or without more information about certain products or a local restaurant that I like to give some extra atention.
