El traga
We discovered this restaurant via TripAdvisor. Upon entering, we immediately noticed that this was a well-known restaurant among the locals. A cozy atmosphere and bustle and only our reserved table was still free. There are so many goodies on the menu … choosing became difficult. Our children always want to taste everything, so whether there is sea urchin or raw tuna on the menu … it is guaranteed to be tasted. So also in this restaurant. We have ordered different dishes according to Spanish custom and shared them among us. The baked mushrooms with an egg poached with truffle at 65º … mmmm. Or the crayfish croquetas …
Here too, they clearly work with fresh products and traditional dishes are provided with a contemporary touch. We will definitely visit it again on our next visit to Seville.
