For the datil paste

  • 150 gr dates seedless
  • 3 tbl spoons agave syrup
  • 2 tbl spoon water
  • 2 tbl spoons coconut oil
  • 1 vanilla stick
  • 1/2 t spoon cinnamom powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cm ginger grated

For the dry mix

  • 100 gr oats soft flakes
  • 40 gr raisins
  • 20 gr sunflower seeds pealed
  • 20 gr pistachio nuts pealed
  • 30 gr almonds raw
  • 1 tbl spoon chia seeds

  • Preheat oven to 180º. Put all the ingredients of the paste together in a blender and blend to a smooth paste. In a mortar you crunch the almonds and pistachios into pieces. Mix the seeds with other nuts and mix the sweet date paste through the mixture. Place a baking paper in a bakingtray. Spread the mixture on the plate (not too thick, approximately 1 cm) Bake for about 15 minutes at 180º. Let it cool down and break into pieces. Keep dry in a sealable jar.

Maak zelf granola, een gezonde mengeling van noten en zaden naar eigen smaak. Lekker bij het ontbijt of als tussendoortje. Voor het ontbijt breek ik de granola opnieuw in kleine brokken en bewaar hem in een bokaal.
