Granola cookies
Ingredients
For the datil paste
- 150 gr dates seedless
- 3 tbl spoons agave syrup
- 2 tbl spoon water
- 2 tbl spoons coconut oil
- 1 vanilla stick
- 1/2 t spoon cinnamom powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 cm ginger grated
For the dry mix
- 100 gr oats soft flakes
- 40 gr raisins
- 20 gr sunflower seeds pealed
- 20 gr pistachio nuts pealed
- 30 gr almonds raw
- 1 tbl spoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180º. Put all the ingredients of the paste together in a blender and blend to a smooth paste. In a mortar you crunch the almonds and pistachios into pieces. Mix the seeds with other nuts and mix the sweet date paste through the mixture. Place a baking paper in a bakingtray. Spread the mixture on the plate (not too thick, approximately 1 cm) Bake for about 15 minutes at 180º. Let it cool down and break into pieces. Keep dry in a sealable jar.
