Cosmos, Sofia.
In 2017 we made a tour through Bulgaria. The capital Sofia became our city of departure and arrival. Walking through and being lost in the small streets we came to this restaurant … it was an evening full of surprises and incredibly good food.
One of the dishes that we still have in mind were the smoked mussels that were taken from under a bell jar … so many aromas.
The cuisine is a fusion of authentic Bulgarian dishes, traditional Balkan cuisine and contemporary world cuisine.
Should we ever visit Sofia again, this restaurant will definitely be on our list.
