Orzo pasta salad with tomato, feta and basil

Ingredients
- 250 gr orzo pasta
- 200 gr cherry tomatoes
- 200 gr feta cheese
- 2 tbl spoon basil freshly chopped
- 3 tbl spoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to the instructions on the package. Then put it in a sieve and drain the water. Mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and let cool down.
- Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.Shred the basil leaves.Cut the feta into cubes. Here I used cubes of feta from a jar that have already been marinated. (Discard the excess oil)
- When the pasta is cold, mix it with the sliced tomatoes, basil, feta and 2 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.Cover your bowl with freshness foil and put it in the fridge for an hour.I serve this pasta salad as a side dish during a BBQ or together with some fried fish or gambas.
