Pizza herb bread
- 1 pizza dough rectangular form
- 40 gr basil leaves fresh leaves
- 20 gr thyme fresh
- 20 gr chives fresh
- 20 gr pine nuts
- 20 gr grated parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tblspoon olive oil
- 6 nuts up to your choise
- 1 egg only the egg yolk
- pepper and salt
- Put the basil, thyme, garlic, oil, pine nuts and cheese in the cutter and mix to a homogeneous mass. Note, not too long because the heat of the cutting blades can cause a bitter taste. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- Open the pizza dough and spread with the herb pesto. Sprinkle the sliced chives on top. Roll up the dough (along the long side) into a roll. Carefully cut the roll in the middle. Braid the two halves together and place the dough in a baking dish. Brush with a bit of egg yolk and place the nuts on top. Bake 35-40 minutes at 180º in a preheated oven.
