Warm tomatoes with Mozzarella and chili

Ingredients
- 200 gr cherry tomatoes
- 125 gr Mozzarella mini balls
- ¼ pomegranate
- 6 tbl spoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 1 baguette bread
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 180º. Rinse the cherry tomatoes. Place them in an oven dish and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180º.
- Remove the seeds from 1/4 of a pomegranate. Drain the Mozzarella balls.
- Make the herbal oil by mixing the following ingredients: 5 tbsp olive oil, chili flakes, sweet paprika, oregano, rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Remove the oven dish with the hot tomatoes from the oven. Add the Mozzarella balls and pomegranate seeds and cover with the herb oil. Serve while still warm. Place the tomatoes with mozzarella on a piece of fresh baguette and drizzle with the oil… yummie
