6 warming dishes bundled together

This morning, just before 7 a.m., my husband and the kids already left for Sierra Nevada. A day of skiing and snow fun is planned for them. Yes: we live in southern Spain, and that is (how wonderful is this?) one of those places where you can ski during the day and later enjoy a terrace by the sea with the setting sun … saaaaal!
I myself have never skied before, and honestly? Today I wasn’t planning to try it all of a sudden either. After all, I still have my own to-do list to finish. Because … I have homework. Really. I started a social media course.
Why? Simple: out of interest (I want to better understand the world of our two adolescents) AND because I like to stay with the flow with my food blog. If you follow me on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube, you have probably already noticed that I am working more and more with video. I’m going to focus extra on that in the near future. And … I’m also working on a second e-book. If all goes well, it will be online by March.
So getting up early had its advantage: I can almost tick off my last task now. Olé 💃
Unfortunately, there has not been much sunshine the last few days. The heater is on, and a cup of hot coffee is within reach. And then I thought: today I’m just in the mood for comfort food. Something warming, something cozy – one of those dishes that instantly warms you up inside.
I’m cooking just for myself today, but that doesn’t stop me. I think I’ll go for harira soup: I have all the ingredients in the house and it’s on the table quickly.
And because you might also be in the mood for an easy, warming dish, I’ve put a bundle below with 5 comfort food recipes that are perfect for cold days. Click, pick your favorite, and let it simmer.
I just see a streak of sunshine appearing here…so I’m going to get started. Have a nice day and: ¡hasta pronto!
